VPs, SVPs, and Directors lead deal execution and contribute actively to sourcing efforts. They originate and develop business opportunities, manage client engagements, and ensure seamless project delivery. They oversee execution teams (Associates and Analysts), ensuring rigorous financial modelling, thoughtful analysis, and timely, high-quality deliverables. They also cultivate relationships with clients and investors and contribute to the firm’s growth agenda through internal initiatives such as knowledge development and origination.

Qualifications:

They perform detailed financial modelling, prepare transaction analyses, and contribute to client presentations and materials. Working closely with VPs, Directors, and Partners, they ensure analytical accuracy, clarity, and insight in all deliverables. Team members also engage directly with clients and advisors, actively support transaction processes, and demonstrate strong potential for growth within the firm.

Qualifications:

- Degree or relevant coursework in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related fields

- Fluency in English (Vietnamese required for applications in Vietnam)

- Strong quantitative, analytical, and critical thinking skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Capital IQ, and ChatGPT

- Prior experience (preferably >1 year) in investment banking, venture capital, audit, transaction advisory, or strategy consulting

Interns are expected to demonstrate strong analytical capabilities, attention to detail, and a high level of commitment, with opportunities for direct exposure to live projects and client discussions.

- Undergraduate degree or coursework in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related fields

- Fluency in English (Vietnamese preferred for applications in Vietnam)

- Exposure to accounting, valuation, and financial modelling is a plus

- Previous experience in investment banking, venture capital, or strategy consulting preferred
