Sébastien is a Partner at Index Partners.

He leads the expansion of the firm’s TMT practice, with a particular focus on digital infrastructure and telecommunications across our core markets. Previously, he was a Senior Banker at the EBRD in the telecommunications and technology team, where he led the origination, execution, and management of numerous direct equity and structured debt transactions across Central and Eastern Europe, the CIS, the Middle East, and North Africa.

Matthieu is a Partner at Index Partners.

He leads the firm’s growth in the consumer, healthcare, and manufacturing sectors, with a particular focus on Southeast Asia. Previously, Matthieu spent 13 years at McKinsey & Company. With experience across over 80 projects in ASEAN, he is recognized as a leading voice on the region’s evolving consumer landscape and emerging business models.

Kieran brings a strong background in strategic advisory and asset management in Europe, complemented by hands-on entrepreneurial experience in the Philippines. He specializes in business optimization and value-creation strategies within financial advisory.

Antoine is a Senior Advisor at Index Partners.

He has built strong expertise in deal-making across ASEAN, with a primary focus on the consumer sector and financial institutions. Previously, he worked at Devenco Private Equity and Rocket Internet, and participated in more than 10 investments in the region as an investor and buy-side advisor.

Tom is a Senior Advisor at Index Partners.

Tom covers media and retail as part of the global practice. Formerly of both Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley in the UK, he spent 6 years in Southeast Asia developing private investments as advisor and principal. His expertise spans strategic and financial advisory.

Yassir is a Senior Advisor at Index Partners and a seasoned TMT and digital-infrastructure banker with significant experience across data-center and telecommunications transactions.

He has held senior roles at leading advisory firms, including Managing Director at Torch Partners and Executive Director at Leonardo & Co., and began his career in telecom M&A at Credit Suisse First Boston.

Yassir holds a degree from HEC Paris and a joint Executive MBA from Columbia Business School and London Business School.

Bao is a Senior Advisor at Index Partners and has over 25 years of international experience in financial services working in various countries, including the US, South Korea, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam.  

He has served in senior leadership roles at Prudential, AIA, Citibank, Samsung, Anpha Capital, Standard Chartered, BIDV Metlife, GoBear, Salesforce, and Syfe, before launching Vietnam Capital Advisors.

He graduated from the University of Maryland College Park, majoring in Economics. Bao holds a Fund Management License issued by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam, and is a frequent lecturer at the Vietnam International University.

Jennifer is a Senior Advisor at Index Partners and an energy and infrastructure specialist with over 10 years of experience across M&A, debt advisory, and project finance in the power sector.

She previously served as Vice President, Corporate Finance & Origination (APAC) at Macquarie-backed Corio Generation and Associate Director within HSBC’s Power, Utilities & Renewable Energy team.

Hugues-Alexandre is a Senior Advisor at Index Partners with more than 10 years of European M&A and restructuring experience across multiple sectors.

Before joining Index, he served as M&A Director at PJT Partners and M&A Vice President at Perella Weinberg Partners in London.

Toma is a Senior Advisor at Index Partners with a strong track record in European Consumer & Retail M&A.

He has advised leading companies and investors across the region through roles at CICC, where he served as Executive Director for consumer, Evercore as Director in the consumer & retail team, and earlier at Lazard.

Aljon is a Director at Index Partners and has a strong background in both sell-side investment banking and buy-side asset management, with deep expertise in infrastructure and renewable energy.

At Index Partners, he focuses on expanding the firm’s infrastructure and renewable energy practice, supporting international investments and large-scale development projects. Previously, Aljon worked at Vena Energy, a leading renewable energy platform in the Asia-Pacific region backed by BlackRock.

Lily is a Director at Index Partners with 15+ years of experience in finance and investment.

Before joining Index Partners, she worked at Grant Thornton Vietnam, where she advised on M&A, capital raising, and financial and strategic advisory projects across Vietnam and Southeast Asia. She also served as Chief Financial Officer at Nhat Tin Logistics, a leading express delivery company in Vietnam, where she gained extensive expertise in financial management and operational excellence.

Lily holds degrees from the University of Stirling, CFVG, and Foreign Trade University in Hanoi.

Thu is a Director at Index Partners with nearly 20 years of experience in private equity, capital markets, and corporate finance.

Thu brings deep expertise and a proven track record across sectors including retail, manufacturing, aquaculture, consumer finance, and fintech.

Prior to joining Index Partners, she served as Chief Investment Officer at Phoenix Holdings, a leading family office in Vietnam, where she oversaw investments in financial services, fintech, and F&B/retail.

Before joining Index Partners, Tai developed solid expertise in deal execution with a strong track record in large-cap cross-border transactions in Europe. He previously worked in London at Mediobanca, the leading Italian investment bank, where he focused on M&A transactions totaling more than EUR4 billion in value. He began his career at BNP Paribas in Paris.
