Philippines deal activity in February 2026 remained modest, reflecting a continued shift toward mid-market transactions and selective capital deployment. Investment activity was primarily concentrated on financial services, healthcare services, and technology platforms, with investors focusing on businesses that benefit from structural domestic demand such as financial inclusion, healthcare capacity expansion, and digital services.
Private equity participation remained visible in healthcare platform investments, while corporate divestments and control transactions continued to shape activity in financial services and real estate. Venture funding also persisted at a selective pace, with investors prioritizing scalable technology platforms with regional growth potential.
