Dutch agribusiness group De Heus completed the acquisition of CJ Feed & Care from CJ CheilJedang, taking over 17 animal feed mills and related operations across Asia including Vietnam. The transaction value was not disclosed.

Kredivo acquires digital bank Timo

Indonesia-based fintech Kredivo Group acquired a 100% stake in Timo, a Vietnamese digital banking platform, in an undisclosed transaction. Kredivo plans to invest approximately USD15 million over three years to expand its integrated lending and digital banking ecosystem in Vietnam.
